1. Duties of Authors

2. Duties of Editors

  • Editors should act promptly and transparently in handling ethical complaints or conflicts.

3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers should provide objective and constructive feedback in a timely manner.

  • Reviewers must respect the confidentiality of the manuscript.

  • Reviewers should identify any relevant published work that is not yet cited by the authors.

  • Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and decline to review if necessary.

4. Publisher’s Responsibilities

  • The publisher is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the publication process.

  • The publisher will take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred.

  • In cases of suspected or proven misconduct, the publisher will support corrections, retractions, or other necessary actions.
