Authors who wish to submit articles to Al Amanah: Journal of Islamic Education are expected to follow the guidelines below:
1. General Requirements

Manuscripts must be original works, have never been published before, and are not currently under review by another journal.

Articles can be written in either Indonesian or English with proper language use.

Manuscripts must align with the journal’s focus and scope, namely Education and Islamic Education.

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Manuscripts should be organized as follows:
a. Title
b. Author Name(s) and Affiliation
c. Abstract

Written in both Indonesian and English.

150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

Include 3–5 keywords.
d. Introduction
e. Literature Review
f. Research Method
g. Results and Discussion
h. Conclusion
i. References

Use APA Style (7th edition) citation format.

Minimum 15 references, with at least 60% from primary sources (journals) published within the last 10 years.
4. Technical Requirements

File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Article length: 4000–7000 words including references

Paper size: A4

Margins: 3 cm (left), 2.5 cm (right, top, bottom)

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing

Authors are required to comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics guidelines.

Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using specialized software, with a maximum tolerance of 20%.
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
